Structuring of operations for the acquisition or transfer of ownership of companies or assets, with the preparation of all the documents necessary for the purchase and sale and the execution of a legal audit for analysis of the liabilities;

Negotiation and preparation of memorandum of understandings and investment, disinvestment, association, partnership, joint venture formation, undeclared partnership, consortium or group formation agreements;

Advisement for the incorporation of all types of companies (undeclared partnership companies, simple companies, limited liability companies, corporations, consortia, etc.) or associations, as well as for the preparation of all acts and documents necessary for the administration or deliberations of the partners or associates;
