Graduated in law from Bauru Law School, specialist in Civil Procedural Law from Escola Paulista de Magistratura and specialist in Business Law from Northwestern University School of Law in Chicago. He worked in renowned law firms in São Paulo in the areas of Civil Law focused on drafting national and international contracts, structuring mergers and acquisitions projects, complex corporate and day-to-day operations of limited capital companies and joint stock companies , in addition to having worked as legal manager for Latin America, Central America and Africa for one of the largest companies in the heavy civil construction sector, where he actively participated in the legal structuring of several businesses, as well as strategic decisions related to the company's operations in the exterior. He has international experience and speaks fluent English and Spanish.

He studied Law at the Faculty of Law of Itu – FADITU, graduated from the Accounting technician course at the National Institute of Distance Education and the Management, Prospecting and Management course offered by SEBRAE. Professionally, he has been working since 2005 providing paralegal services to numerous law firms and to small, medium and large companies across the country. Main projects: Incorporation of Troller into Ford; Incorporation of Brasfanta by Kimberly Clark Kenko; Due Diligence for Otis Elevators and SICAF Registration Control; Due Diligence for the Incorporation of Prolim; Control and Records of Corporate Acts of the OAS Group. He specializes in registrations, business licenses, company formations, regularizations and extinctions of national companies, as well as administrative procedures related to tax, taxation and registration matters.
